1:2:1 Coaching

All my coaching is bespoke - it has the individual at the core - and we are all different.

However - there is another element of bespoke. 

Coaching to address a need that might not align with the outcomes of my 'standard' coaching outcomes (i.e: Presentation skills, Networking skills, Leadership skills).

This might be to address the needs of a specific individual (new or young recruit, new leader, sales team member, senior executive) and a specific situation (change, conflict, cultural difference, confidence issue following promotion, challenge or change in personal circumstance).

Talks and Workshops

Talks and workshops designed following a briefing.

A proposal will follow the briefing. When agreed the workshop will be designed and delivered to an agreed timetable.

This might be on specific topics relevant to needs or events.
